Dr. Philippe Becker brings a wealth of experience in investment banking, wealth management, and portfolio construction to Sapiens Alpha. His distinguished career began on Wall Street, where he honed his expertise across both traditional and alternative asset classes, rising through senior positions in premier New York investment banks.

Philippe was previously the Managing Director of Wasserstein Gulf, the Middle East arm of Wasserstein & Co., where he played a pivotal role in strategic investments and deal sourcing. Over the past decade, Philippe has focused on wealth management and advisory, consulting sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) and family offices on asset allocation, portfolio optimization, and governance.

As a co-founder and Managing Partner at High Water Venture Partners, Philippe has been instrumental in sourcing exclusive U.S.-based venture capital opportunities and fostering a technology corridor between the U.S. and the GCC. His ability to navigate complex investment landscapes has delivered superior financial outcomes for institutional and private investors alike.
